• This game is one of my favorites atp because how peak it is. It almost made me cry and it genuinely has one of the best story games you will see out there for just this price. Would play it again and get all achievements again of how good it was.

 • About ~16 gameplay hours ago, I started the original OneShot with zero knowledge (besides its 'meta'? And theres a cat person?). Now ~16 gameplay hours after, I have 100% World Machine Edition, and loved every minute of gameplay. OneShot has gripped me unlike any other game out there. Every character is lovable, the art is amazing, and the story genuinely made me cry. My only issue is that I was unable to play the original version on Linux (CachyOS + Niri). However, WME solved that issue (while still costing me a bit of money; but that was money well spent). If you have not played OneShot yet, and know little to nothing; please do yourself a favor, and play it.

Negative

 • Sadly a plain game that I’ll definitely forget again. :( Right from the start, "OneShot" tries to be more than it actually is, only to end up annoying you for hours with dull characters and dialogue while serving up a story that lacks substance. The whole point of the game is breaking the fourth wall, but that’s hardly compelling when the world and the characters are completely uninteresting. I don’t know, this game did absolutely nothing for me, even though I’m exactly the target audience for this kind of game... The only good thing about it is the “vibe", provided you use a lot of imagination to really get into it.
